Services

Think about what your customer goes through with you. They reach out, wait to hear back, book a time, and then you do the work. If it goes well, they’ll tell a neighbor, leave a review and call you again next year.

Most lost jobs slip away during the waiting parts. I call that whole path the RC Framework, and I build it one piece at a time on the tools you already have.

Never Miss a Lead

What it feels like now: Your phone rings while you’re with a customer, and web inquiries sit for hours or sometimes days. You spend your evenings catching up and still wonder who you forgot.

What it feels like after: Your customer hears back from your business within seconds, in your own words, and you can see every lead in one list and call back when your hands are free.

What I set up for you:

Here’s the kind of text your caller might get (example business):

“Hi, it’s Tom at Prairie Lawn Care (example). Sorry I missed you, I’m out on a job. What’s going on? I’ll call you back within the hour.”

Price: $995 setup + $129/month

Software, paid by you directly to each company: about $20/month.

Founding client deal (first 3 businesses): $500 setup + $99/month for 6 months

Full Setup

This one’s for you if you don’t use job software yet and the paperwork is eating your nights. You get everything in Never Miss a Lead, and I’ll also set up estimates customers can sign on their phone, follow-up on quotes, appointment reminders and a nudge when an invoice is late. Your customer gets a clear, friendly experience from start to finish, and you can quit chasing paper at the kitchen table. It all runs on simple, low-cost tools in your name.

Includes: Your own step-by-step guide to how everything works.

Price: $1,995 setup + $199/month

Software, paid by you directly to each company: about $20 to $36/month.

Add-on for Jobber or Housecall Pro

If you’re already paying for Jobber or Housecall Pro but calls and leads still slip through, you can keep it. I’ll hook the Never Miss a Lead pieces into what you have, so you don’t have to learn something new.

Includes: Your own step-by-step guide to how everything works.

Price: $1,500 to $2,500 setup + $199/month, depending on your plan and what you need. You’ll keep paying Jobber or Housecall Pro directly, just like you do now.

Just so you know, some of these connections only work on certain Jobber or Housecall Pro plans. I’ll check yours during your free review, before you spend a dime.

Before and after, from your customer’s side and yours

When you miss a call

Before: Your customer hears it ring and go to voicemail, so she hangs up and calls the next company. Later you see a missed call from 4pm and wonder if it was spam.

After: Within a few seconds she gets a text from your business number that reads something like this (example business).

“Hi, this is Dave with Dave’s Plumbing. Sorry I missed you, I’m on a job. What can I help with? I’ll call you back as soon as I’m done here.”

She texts back “water heater is leaking,” and when you read it on your break, you know exactly who to call first.

When someone fills out your web form

Before: The form sits in an inbox until you get home, and by then they’ve hired somebody else.

After: They hear back right away, so they know a real business got it, and you get a text with their name and what they need.

When a lead goes quiet

Before: You meant to follow up, but life got in the way.

After: They get a short, polite nudge at 1, 3 and 7 days, and it stops on its own as soon as they answer or book, so nobody gets pestered.

When the job is done

Before: Your customer was happy but never thought to leave a review.

After: The next day she gets a text like this one.

“Thanks again for having us out, Karen. If you were happy with the work, a quick Google review would mean a lot to a small shop like ours. Here’s the link.”

At 9pm

Before: You’re at the kitchen table with your phone and a pile of loose ends.

After: Every call, text and form is already in one list, and on Monday morning an email tells you what came in last week and what’s still open. Your evening is yours again.

Coming soon

These aren’t for sale yet, but each one is a problem owners tend to bring up once the phone is handled.

Follow-Up Coming soon

You sent the estimate and they seemed excited, but then you heard nothing and never found time to check in. I’ll set up polite, automatic follow-up and a simple way to see where every job stands, so good leads don’t go cold.

Booking & Conversion Coming soon

It can take three rounds of phone tag to set one appointment, and then they don’t show. I’ll set up online booking links, reminder texts, deposits, intake forms people fill out ahead of time, and a waitlist so a canceled spot gets filled.

Reviews & Reputation Coming soon

You do great work, yet the company down the road has ten times the reviews. This is a bigger review program than the basic request in Never Miss a Lead, with better timing, a way to hear from an unhappy customer before they post, reply templates and help keeping your Google Business Profile current.

Retention & Win-Back Coming soon

The customer you helped two years ago called somebody else this fall because they forgot your name. This covers thank-you texts, seasonal reminders for things like furnace tune-ups or spring cleanups, and a friendly note to people you haven’t heard from in a while.

Systems & SOPs Coming soon

If the business only runs right when you’re standing there, this is the piece that sits under everything else. It means cleaning up your customer data and setting up a CRM that fits (Square, HubSpot, Bloomerang or Salesforce). It also covers simple dashboards and writing down how things get done, so training the next person isn’t a nightmare. Over time that becomes your own SOP library.

Every job comes with these

You own every account, and they’re set up in your business’s name from day one.

You approve every message before a customer sees it, and they’re written to sound like you and to treat your customers like neighbors.

Every package comes with your own step-by-step guide to how everything works, covering your accounts, every automatic message, what to do by hand and how to leave if you ever want to, so you can run it without me.

Software bills come straight to you from each company, and I don’t mark them up. My monthly care plan is separate and covers my work, which means watching for problems, fixing what breaks and updating your messages.

Monthly support is month to month after the first 90 days.

I’m based in Belle Plaine, but all of the work happens remotely, so we can do everything by phone or video call wherever you are. If you’re local and would rather talk in person, I’m glad to meet you at your shop or over coffee.

Every business is different, so I can’t promise a specific result.

Questions people ask me

Do I have to switch software? No. If you’re on Jobber or Housecall Pro, I’ll work with that, and if you don’t use anything yet, I’ll set you up with cheap, simple tools.

Is a robot going to answer my phone? No, your phone still rings like it always does. If you miss it, the caller gets a text from your business so they can tell you what they need, and you call or text back when you’re free.

Who owns all this? You do. Every account is set up in your business’s name, so if we ever part ways, it all stays with you.

Am I allowed to text customers? Yes, if it’s done right. These texts only go to people who reached out to you first. I take care of the carrier registration that business texting needs now, and anyone who replies STOP gets taken off right away. I’m not a lawyer, so if your situation is unusual, check with yours.

How much of my time will this take? Not much. There’s a 30-minute kickoff call, maybe 15 minutes to read and approve your messages, and a short walkthrough at the end.

I’m booked out for months. Do I need this? Honestly, maybe not yet, and I’ll tell you if that’s the case. This helps most when you’re paying for leads or racing other shops to call back first.

What does the monthly fee cover? I keep an eye on things and fix anything that breaks, and I’ll update messages or make small changes whenever you ask. I answer during business hours.

Where do you work? I’m based in Belle Plaine and work with plenty of businesses around the Southwest metro, in places like Jordan, Shakopee, Prior Lake, Chaska and New Prague, but everything I do is remote, so I can work with you no matter where you are.
