About me
If you run a home service business, you probably already know the work itself isn’t the hard part. Keeping up with everybody is, whether that’s calls, quotes, follow-ups or thank-yous, and usually while you’re in the middle of a job.
Hi, I’m Liz. I live in Belle Plaine, and through my business, The Relationship Centric Framework (RC Framework), I help owners around the southwest metro and well beyond it set up simple systems that take care of their customers in the background so they can keep their heads in the work.
Why I call it “relationship-centric”
I’ve watched a lot of good businesses lose customers, and it’s almost never because the work was bad. It’s usually the stuff in between, like a call that didn’t get returned, an estimate that went out and then nothing happened, or a happy customer who would’ve left a great review if anybody had asked.
So my whole approach comes down to one idea, which is that every system in your business, from the phone to the invoice, should be built around your relationship with the customer, and every text should sound like you and treat people like neighbors. When that part runs on its own, customers feel taken care of and you get your evenings back.
Why I get your world
From 2013 to 2017 I worked at GE Fleet Services as an operations analyst and relationship manager. The people on the other end were counting on things to work every time, and that job taught me that customers stay because of the relationship, much more than any contract.
In 2017 I started my own consulting business, Level Up Business Services, and for eight years I helped small businesses set up systems and automation so the busywork would stop eating their day.
I’m also a Six Sigma Black Belt, and no, it’s not the karate kind, though I get asked that a lot. It means I’m trained to find where things leak, like a missed call or a quote nobody followed up on, because those small leaks add up to lost customers.
I’m an autistic introvert, and I still grew a Facebook community from 68 followers to over 28,000. It taught me that it was never about being outgoing, because what really matters is showing up for people week after week until they trust you.
All of that shaped how I work today, and it’s why I love taking something messy, making it simple and letting it run on its own, so you can spend your time on customers instead of chasing them.
How I work
More value than I charge. If what I build doesn’t make a real difference in your business, then I haven’t done my job, and I got that idea from Wallace Wattles, who wrote in The Science of Getting Rich (1910), “Give every man more in use value than you take from him in cash value.”
You own it, and you can run it. Everything lives in your accounts and comes with plain-language instructions. I hope you’ll stay because it’s worth it, but you’re free to leave anytime.
What working with me is like
I start with what you already use, and usually there’s no need to buy anything new.
Everything stays in your name, including your accounts, your phone number and your customer list, and I’ll never hold any of it hostage.
My prices are right on the website, and after 90 days monthly support goes month to month.
If I don’t think you need me yet, I’ll tell you, because I’d rather have you call me back in a year than pay for something that doesn’t help.
All of my work is done remotely, so it doesn’t matter whether you’re down the road from me or across the country. We can talk by phone or video, and if you’re nearby, I’m happy to come out to your shop or meet you for coffee.
Want to talk?
The easiest place to start is a free “How Customers See You” review. I’ll look at your Google listing, website and social media, call you and fill out your form the way a customer would, and then send you what I found along with the top fixes. If you’re not sure yet, you can take the 2-minute quiz first.
