I’m Liz, and this page explains what happens to the information you give me through this website. I’ve tried to keep it plain, so where it says “we,” that just means me and my LLC.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out our form, book a call, email, call or text us, we collect what you share, such as your name, business name, phone number, email, town, trade and message.
• Basic website data. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may log technical information such as IP addresses for security and operations.
• Embedded forms. Our contact form is provided by HubSpot, which may use cookies to process and secure form submissions.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and do your free review
• To send the follow-up messages you agreed to receive
• To provide services if you become a client
• To keep records of our business communications

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, such as HubSpot (CRM and forms), Quo (business phone and texting), our email provider, and our automation server. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

Text messages (SMS)

• If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, or text or call us first, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments and follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact liz@thercframework.com.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Client data

When we set up systems for clients, the client owns their accounts and their customer data. We access client data only to provide the services we’ve agreed on, as described in our service agreement.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing liz@thercframework.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as two-factor authentication and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
